Payment and cancellation of service

1. By subscribing to any plan on Quizify.io, including those with a free trial, you acknowledge that you've read and accepted our Terms of Use. You also authorize Quizify.io to charge your selected payment method—whether it's a bank card or another supported method—according to the billing cycle you choose.

   
   

2. Subscription fees are billed in advance, either monthly or annually. You can enjoy a 14-day free trial for select paid plans. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically transition into a monthly or annual plan, based on your selection.

   
   

3. Your subscription is set to renew automatically, ensuring continuous service until you choose to cancel. It’s your responsibility to properly cancel your Quizify subscription. Requests via email or support tickets are not considered valid cancellations. You can cancel anytime by navigating to the billing section in your Profile Settings.

   
   

4. If you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription will remain active until the next billing date. If no payment is received after this date, your subscription will be terminated. In case of auto-renewal failure, your plan will be downgraded to the free version.
   
   

5. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, including upgrades or market data charges, even if you cancel on the same day as your payment. Please note that refunds are not available for users who have filed a chargeback, dispute request, or claim.
   
   

6. Subscriptions under the Basic, Growth, Pro, and Plus plans may include additional usage charges, which apply per additional response or email.
