Inviting Someone to Your Organization
Inviting someone at the organization level gives them access to all current and future workspaces automatically.
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Settings and open the Organizations tab.
Click Invite Members.
Enter the person's email address. You can add one email address at a time.
Choose the organization role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer.
Click Send Invite. The person will receive an email with a link to join.
Note :
Inviting someone to your organization automatically gives them access to all current and future workspaces in that organization.
Inviting Someone to a Workspace
Inviting someone at the workspace level restricts their access to only that specific workspace.
Open the workspace you want to share.
Click the Invite or Members icon within that workspace.
Enter the person's email address.
Select the workspace role: Editor or Viewer.
Click Send Invite.
The invitee will receive an email to join. Once they accept and log in, the shared workspace will be accessible to them, but only that specific workspace.
Note :
If the invitee does not yet have a Quizify account, they will be prompted to sign up before they can access the workspace.
Inviting the same user to multiple workspaces: You can invite the same user to as many workspaces as needed. Simply open each workspace separately and send them a workspace-level invite. They will have access to each workspace they have been invited to, but still won't be able to see workspaces they haven't been added to.
Removing Users
From a Workspace
Open the workspace, navigate to the members section, find the person, and select Remove from Workspace. This removes them from that workspace only, they remain a member of the organization.
From an Organization
Go to Settings > Organizations, find the member in the list, and select Remove from Organization. This removes them from the organization and all workspaces within it simultaneously.
Moving Funnels Between Workspaces
Quizify makes it straightforward to transfer funnels between workspaces within your account. Whether you are restructuring your workspace setup or handing off funnels to a different team, here is how it works.
Note :
You can move funnels between workspaces within an account, but cannot transfer funnels to other accounts.
Steps to Move a Funnel
In your workspace, click the three-dot menu on the funnel you want to move.
Click Move To.
Select the destination workspace from the list.
Confirm the move.
The funnel's settings, logic, design, and all collected leads and submissions will transfer to the new workspace without any changes.
