Organization & Workspaces

What is an organization?

An organization in Quizify is your team's shared account space where you can collaborate to create, manage, and analyze funnels together. When you sign up, a default organization is created automatically for you and everything in Quizify flows from it.

What Your Organization Manages

Everything in Quizify is managed at the organization level, including:

  • Workspaces

  • Funnels

  • Leads & submissions

  • Team members

  • Integrations

  • Plan & billing

Accessing Your Organization

You can view or switch organizations directly from the organization selector in the top navigation bar:

  1. Click on your current organization name in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. A dropdown will display all organizations you are part of.

  3. Select the organization you want to switch to.

The selected organization becomes your current organization, and all associated workspaces, funnels, and members will load accordingly.

Managing Organizations

To view and manage your organizations:

  1. Click on your profile icon (top-right).

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Open the Organizations tab.

From here, you can view:

  • All organizations you are part of

  • Your role in each organization (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer)

  • The current subscription plan for each organization

  • Your assigned workspaces

  • The organization you are currently active in

Note :

You can also switch organizations directly from this settings page.



What is a Workspace?

A workspace in Quizify is used to organize and separate funnels, submissions, and leads within an organization. Workspaces let you manage access based on teams, clients, projects, or departments, so members only see data relevant to them.

What Each Workspace Contains

  • Funnels

  • Leads & submissions

  • Integrations related to those funnels

  • Workspace members

How Workspaces Work

Inside an organization, you can create multiple workspaces to structure your work. For example:

  • Marketing Team Workspace

  • HR Team Workspace

  • Client A / Client B Workspace

Each workspace acts as an independent environment within the same organization. When you select a workspace from the left sidebar:

  • Only the funnels inside that workspace will be displayed.

  • Only submissions related to those funnels will be visible.

  • Only leads collected from that workspace's funnels will be accessible.

Note :

Members working in one workspace cannot access data from another workspace unless they are explicitly invited to it.

How Many Workspaces Can You Create?

You can create up to 50 workspaces per organization. This gives your team plenty of room to separate work by team, client, project, or department without hitting limits.

Can a Member Be in Multiple Workspaces?

  • Yes, a member can be added to multiple workspaces within the same organization. Here is how it works:

  • If added at the organization level, they automatically get access to all workspaces — current and future.

  • If added at the workspace level, they only access the specific workspaces they have been invited to.

Note :

You can invite the same user to as many individual workspaces as needed. Simply open each workspace and send them a separate invite.

What Happens When You Delete a Workspace?

Deleting a workspace is permanent and cannot be undone. The following will be removed immediately:

  • All funnels inside that workspace

  • All submissions and collected leads

  • All member access to that workspace

Regarding member access after deletion:

  • Members who were added only to that workspace will lose access completely.

  • Members with organization-level access will still remain part of the organization and can access other workspaces.

Note :

 Always export any leads or submissions you need before deleting a workspace, as this action cannot be reversed.



Organization Members vs Workspace Members

Understanding the difference between these two member types is key to managing access effectively in Quizify.

Organization Member

Workspace Member

Access to all current and future workspaces in the organization.

Access is limited to the specific workspace they are added to.

Best for internal team members who need broad access.

Best for clients or external collaborators needing restricted access.

Note :

Members invited at the organization level automatically get access to all current and future workspaces in that organization.



Navigating Workspaces & Organizations

The Workspace Sidebar

The left-hand sidebar is your primary navigation panel under the funnels section. It lists all workspaces you have access to. Click any workspace name to open it and view its funnels, leads, and submissions.

Searching for a Workspace or Funnel

Use the search bar within your dashboard to quickly find any workspace or funnel in your current organization. Start typing a name and matching results will appear instantly. Click a result to open that workspace or funnel directly.

Switching Organizations

Click your organization name in the top-right corner to open the organization selector dropdown. All organizations you belong to are listed there. Click any name to switch, the workspace list and all data updates immediately.

Viewing Workspaces in Another Organization

When you switch to a different organization, you will only see the workspaces you have been granted access to within that organization. Your own workspaces in your primary organization remain unaffected and are accessible when you switch back.

Funnel Cards and Quick Actions

Inside a workspace, each funnel is displayed as a card. Hover over a card to reveal quick-action options, or click the three-dot menu to access a full list of actions including:

  • Open, Rename, Duplicate

  • Move to another workspace

  • Share, View Submissions, Delete
