Roles & Permissions

In Quizify, you control what team members can view or manage by assigning them specific roles at the organization level or the workspace level. Organization roles provide access across all workspaces, while workspace roles restrict access to a specific workspace only.

Organization Roles

Members invited at the organization level automatically get access to all current and future workspaces. These roles are best suited for internal team members who need broader access.

Note :

Organization members will have access to all current and future workspaces in that organization.

Workspace Roles

Members invited at the workspace level can only access data inside the workspace they are invited to. Workspace Editors can invite members, assign Editor or Viewer roles, and manage integrations at both the global and funnel level.

Workspace members cannot:

  • Access other workspaces

  • View funnels outside that workspace

  • Manage organization-level settings

  • Access billing or plan details

Note :

Workspace members will only see funnels, submissions, and leads related to the workspace they are added to.

The Owner Role

The Owner has full and exclusive control over the organization. There is only one Owner per organization. Owner capabilities include:

  • Managing billing and subscription

  • Creating and deleting workspaces

  • Inviting and removing any member, including Admins

  • Assigning and changing all member roles

  • Full access to all workspaces, funnels, and submissions
